Zo zat ik vorige week plots op de Tan-Dem press day. Ik stormde binnen zo’n half uurtje voor de hele keet normaal ging sluiten, zag wat oude bekenden en keek m’n ogen uit. Jammer genoeg zegt mijn camera de laatste tijd nogal veel dat ie geen zin meer heeft (scherpstellen lukt hem niet zo goed meer, moet er maar eens naar kijken), dus hopelijk kan je al genieten van onderstaande foto’s, jammer dat ik je er niet meer kan geven. At its soul, Louis Vuitton has always been about travel, both in its real and emotional sense.
The winners of the Journey Awards are known, and I absolutely like the movies. Students from the most prestigious international film schools and other talents were asked to make a film using the original Journeys script for a chance to win one of two awards.
We can be proud to be Belgian, because The People’s Choice Awards went to James Cogels with The Pirate. The Jury Price is for Sho Tsukikawa (Tokyo University of Film Arts, Japan) with The Time Walker.
I am touched.
